The Westminster Beginning
The Lounge on Yates Street was first — a suburban Colorado spot with an Indian, Nepalese, and Tibetan menu nobody else was attempting. The prayer flags outside weren't decoration; they were a statement.
The Food That Draws You Back
The curries are richly spiced, the saag paneer has its own reputation across the Denver metro. "Atithi Devo Bhava" — guest is God — isn't a slogan here; it's how the kitchen cooks.
Thursdays and the Bar
Karaoke runs every Thursday 7–11 PM and draws a crowd that treats it like a weekly appointment. Weekends bring live music and DJ sets — the Lounge earns its name every time.
Four Locations, One Kitchen
The family grew to Westminster Yukon, Wheat Ridge, and the Arvada Brewpub — each location with its own personality but the same commitment to the cooking. Longtime customers followed when the original spot moved.
The Door Is Still Open
People come in as strangers and leave as regulars — at all four locations. The welcome is genuine, and the food gives them a real reason to return.
